New help for struggling energy and water customers

Three new trust funds have been launched to help people struggling with their energy and water bills. The funds invite applications from pensioners, people on low incomes, families and disabled people.

Scottish Power Hardship Fund
The Scottish Power Hardship Fund can help you if you are a Scottish Power customer and are having difficulty paying your energy bills because of low income. To find out if you are eligible for the Scottish Power Hardship Fund click here

E.ON Energy Fund
The E.ON Energy Fund can help you pay your energy debt arrears. It can also help with money towards white goods and gas boilers.  This fund is open to all energy customers from any supplier. Click here to find out if you are eligible. 

Northumbrian Water Scheme
Northumbrian water has launched a Reduced Tariff Scheme and Arrears Support Scheme. Both are designed to help their customers to pay their water charges. To check your eligibility for either scheme click here.
